Tasks set by the client in the project
Convenient control of the home and the territory from iPhone and iPad, climate control, organization of a ready low-current system and integration with the settlement dispatcher system.

Project description:
Smart home system is installed in the 2-stotyed house and other buildings on the territory. The system provides convenient control of lighting, climate, motorized windows, gates and other devices, as well as audio multiroom and security systems. iRidium interface for iPad and iPhone can control all devices, monitor their state, get security notifications and see video from IP-cameras in real time. One app controls the house, a garage, a bathing house and the territory. The interface is individually designed. It has several modes and is easy to use.

Lighting:
Separate lamps and groups are controlled. Lights in corridors and on the territory are switched on and off by motion sensors. Scenes of dim light for rooms. Light can be switched off on whole floors and in the whole house. Lights that are on are displayed on the house plan in iRidium interface.

Climate:
Smart home provides automatic synchronized work of warm floors, radiators and convectors. Room temperature can be set on a HDL DLP panel and in the interface on mobile devices. The climate in the house and the bathing house can be controlled remotely separately or with the help of common scenes (for example, “Leaving” scene).

Windows
Velux windows are control from wall-mounted panels and from iRidium app on mobile devices. Originally windows are controlled with the help of remote controls. Windows have rain sensors and are closed automatically. The mobile interface shows if windows are open.

Audio multiroom
Audio multiroom system is organized in the house and the bathing house. In each audio zone a customer from a tablet or a smart phone can switch on the internet radio and music the local net or airplay.

Additionally
Local computer net and satellite TV are organized. Security and fire alarm, video surveillance are installed. Fence intruder detection is designed. There is water leakage control in the house, the bathing house and the boiler, gas-leakage control in the boiler. Notifications are sent to the house owner and the settlement operator.

Difficulties you faced while working on the project
The house is situated in “Osobiy status” intellectual settlement that included the basic project of Teletask smart home system. It was not an easy task to integrate 2 systems, Teletask and HDL Buspro, and keep connection to the settlement dispatcher system. But we succeeded.
