Apartment in the Federation Tower (LLC "Vimedia Group")

Project description
A high-tech modern apartment on the 79th floor of the Federation Tower. "An island floating in the air" - this is how you can describe this unconventional and cozy apartment with an exceptional panoramic view of Moscow City. For the owner it is an island of freedom, independence and modern life in the metropolis. Therefore, the ability to control absolutely all engineering systems, access and multimedia from one place is a must-have for such an object.

Tasks set by the client in the project
The main space in the studio is open area overlooking the city and connecting the dining area, bedroom and living room. One smartphone is enough to manage the entire apartment. Its functions are backed up by a stationary panel integrated into an ergonomic console located in the center of the apartment.

Why did you decide to use iRidium? How did it improve your project?
1. Flexible control of all systems from one interface, both on a smartphone and on the panel was required
2. iRidium server UMC is used for:
- voice control (gateway between Yandex Alice and KNX);
- work of visualization;
- day/night schedules, scenario management and preservation of the preset parameters.
Native drivers were used for the integration: KNX and Yandex Alice, multimedia equipment was integrated via JS
